Thanks Charles. My volume control problem doesn't bug me enough to get rid of skype, I've been having too much fun with it, lol. I'd heard that a bug was fixed some time back that caused it to jack up your volume levels when you receive a call. Maybe the new versions would work for you. Depends on your OS I guess, and what else you have installed. Windows is strange, lol. Thanks for the info. Shawn
