Hi,

I tried Real Alternative and liked it a lot. The problem that I had with it was that I wanted to use it to listen to sports broadcasts from the University of North Carolina. They now have a subscription service where you have to pay so much per month. When I tried to use Real Alternative, the system came back and said that my real player was out of date and I would have to update to the new one to use this service. I was using the most recent version of Real Alternative and finally had to install the Real Player to make it work. I was disappointed as I really would have preferred to use Real Alternative.

Hi jim,
Definitely it is and it's also free of all kind of spyware and other junk.
The only disadvantage is this media player classic which I can't get to work
as good as bs player or winamp.

Best regards
Brian
