Hi Jeana.  You can do this with Premier Assistive Technology's CD Creator. 
In the Audio Grabber, you can control the amount of tracks you want by using 
the arrow keays, then selecting or unselecting.  I hope this helps.

if you hit space on the various files that you don't want if it deselects
