Hello, This is my third e-mail to you regarding this subject, and I have not received a reply addressing my concerns. I'm blind and use both a braille display and a screen reader with the computer. I signed up for the two-year subscription about a month ago. After signing up I was instructed to download LimeWire, which I did. However, I find it completely unaccessable with speech and/or braille. I simply cannot use it and I have tried everyway possible to make it work, but it doesn't. I wrote you with three questions, which are: 1. Is it absolutely necessary to use LimeWire to have access to your content? 2. Have you had any previous experience with blind customers who experienced problems, and were you able to resolve them? 3. If I cannot use it, I had asked how I might obtain a refund since I used the 900 number to sign up, but I was never given instructions on what to do about this. My 30 days is now over and I am stuck with a product that I can't use. I would appreciate any information you can provide.
