There is a windows installer for it and I've taken a look at it. It's just
a simple editor allowing you to mix sounds. It would be ok for simple
production. It is freeware. I didn't find it all that speech friendly
though. it does have some keyboard commands but say I want to put a sound
in the middle of another sound. I couldn't understand how to do that. It
reminded me of sound recorder but with more features.
