Hi all,
I use a very simple program called simple mp3 maker.
I use it for internet streaming and ripping cd's to mp3, You can also use it for recording from the mic and then converting from wav to mp3 I can't remember the site I got the program from but it's free.
I have found the program excellent it does not sing and dance but it a louse me to record from the sound card and convert tapes to mp3 if anyone is interested they can e-mail me off list.
