There is a way to use Total Recorder with Skype,but it is a little complicated. By the way, are you having the same trouble, that I have, where you can't get very many clear answers, from the manual on Total Recorder, or from the on line help? It seems to be quite a daunting thing, to go through all of the different help functions, to get to some succinct instructions, on how to just "punch in and run" this program, isn't it?
Anyway, give me a day and if I can help you run Skype, with T R, I will certainly try, OK?

I've come to the conclusion that I'll never be able to use total recorder and skype together. I just have to change total recorder to sound board, rather than software, before exiting, and it seems to work fine.

Well, I've solved all of the problems that I've had with total recorder so far thanks to all of you people. Just one more question though?
I found how to schedule record but I don't see an option to tell it what to
record from? Does that mean, that if I wanted to record a radio show, I'd
just have to leave it streaming so that total recorder could kick in when
it's meant to? Or is there a way to specify which software to record from or
what url to use?
