Hi,
Thanks for youranswer, but the X M receiver looks like a medium sized cell
phoneand has an antenna included.
I wonder how blind friendly it is as the portability might be a nicething.
I also wonder how the reception would be in a steel glassbuilding.
Many thanks for answer yousent.

  From: [EMAIL PROTECTED]<mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Hi.
I use Sirius, which is the competition for XM. I know you can't jog with
the receiver, because you also need an antena as well as a boombox or high
fi to which to hook it.

As for accessibility, I find the receiver very easy to use. The buttons
are all raised and easy to locate.

As far as having it in a steel office building, I don't know how well that
would work because the metal may interfere with the sattelite antena.
However, you may be able to listen to XM on line if you have a subscription.
that's what I do with Sirius at work.

  Hi,
Wonder if any one has used X M satellite radio in steel office building?
Some one told me it is a very small unit--that people can jog with it.
I wonder if blind people can use it?
I wonder if the signal would work in a glass steel building.
  Many thanks.
