The IHP-140 player is a hard drive player which is 40 Gb. The IHP-120 is the same one but it's 20 Gb instead. Bot have an fm-tuner, line-in, line-out, usb 2.0 and both can record directly into wave or mp3 format. Both play wave, mp3, wma, and ogg formats. Both are easy to use. Marko, if you found a 40 Gb model for under $300.00 then it's a great deal for US dollars. I think I paid $350.00 earlier this year for my 20 gb model brand new.
