It sure is quite complete and that's what surprised me as far as how
complete it is and how the author just gives it away. There are probably
some things you can't do with it but it's pretty good.

I've taken a rather long look at the freeware editor called wave pad
from:

And I am most impressed. This editor is quite full featured and it will
load cd tracks as well as mp3 and wave formats. it may load other
formats
as well but I can't say for sure. It has all kinds of features from
pitch
adjustments to mixing sounds together to adding effects such as echo and
reverb. Press the space bar where you want to insert another sound or
file
if you want to mix. There are tons and tons of other features and for a
freeware tool I give this one a 10. It's outstanding. One of the most
Unique features of this editor is it's ability to use TTS or Text To
Speech. In other words you can open the TTS part of the editor and type
in
what you want it to say and mix that on top of your sound or music. It's
