Dale! Just go into Control Panel / Sounds and Audio Devices, get onto the Audio tab and select your Santa Cruz from the Audio playback, Audio record and MIDI music playback lists. Now close JAWS and restart it. It should speak through the Santa Cruz. Now go into WinAmp or whatever other sound programs you use and select your USB device. You could do the opposite also. Choose the USB device in Sounds and Audio Devices and choose the Santa Cruz from within WinAmp etc.
