I've looked at the advance tab and there is no mention of a popup. The only items I see are the check boxes to enable or disable cross-fading and some other boxes about truncating tracks. There's also a set defaults button.

Perhaps I'm looking in the wrong place?

Hello Dan. It's located under the advanced tab. Just check the box to
disable the popup and it will never be an issue ever again.
