This is kind of true, kind of not. if you are a current XM Radio subscriber, then yes, it *is* free.
However, if you are not currently an xm radio subscriber, you can purchase a subscription for xm radio online for $7.99 a month I believe it is. Or you can become a regular subscriber for $12.99 and get a regular radio and you can then enter your radio ID and get a free subscription that way.
