Hello, I am using mp3 direct cut and attempting to split a one hour mono file into 4 segments of 15 minutes each. I used the auto cue choice to mark the file. But when I go to the file menu and select save-split, I am puzzled by those cryptic instructions. I understand selecting the folder into which the segments are to be saved, and I also think I understand use of the base file name. However, reference is made to various characters of the alphabet preceeded by a per cent sign, and I do not understand the significance of these. Also, please explain how to save all segments because whenever I attempt to save the parts, only one brief segment is saved. So what am I doing wrong?
