Allison, Are you using version 3.31 of WinMx? To my knowledge, scripts haven't yet been written for the later version (3.53).
Also, it might be worth checking you have the correct installation path: c:\documents and settings\username\application data\freedom scientific\jaws\6.x\settings\enu. Note X is for the exact version of JFW you have - whether it be 6.0, or .1.
