select all tracks in nero
alt inter
change the 2 to 0
hit apply
the thing is going to bitch and conplane about the recorder not supporting it etc just ignore that error message that should do the trick.

Nero will do it, I'm just not sure how. CDRWIN will do it without gaps by default.
