Hi Jim,

I guess you are going to plug the mixer in to the sound card, and audio devices in to the mixer. Good system. What you may like to look for, is a mixer which has channel switching off and on. So you can say, turn off the audio source with the push of a button, leaving the mic channel open. Then re-enstate the audio with the push of a button. This would save you re-setting the faders each time.

Just a thought.

Hi

I want to buy an audio mixer to use in conjunction with my PC soundcard.

I mainly intend to use this to do some podcasting and possibly other
internet broadcasting, so I don't think I need a lot of inputs.

I have looked online and found a number available.
My main concern is finding one that has faders that are easy to control
tactilely.

Suggestions and/or experience welcomed!

Jim
