Hey you can do it with Easy CD DA Extractor. When you open the program, and
go to the output tab, it's a checkbox labeled "Single file output." Check
the box then go to the list box of tracks which in the latest version does
not speak but it is the only place where you hit tab and JAWS says nothing,
so just hit f8 there and off you go!

Someone else might correct me here, but as far as I know you'd have to use a
separate Program such as MP3 Direct Cut, or GoldWave once the individual
tracks had been ripped with CDEX.
