Also, I hear that with Og Vorvis, you can get the same quality of recording 
that you get with MP3 at 160 kbps, with 80 kbps with Og.  I think that WMA 
is also smaller than MP3.  Also with MP3, you can get up to ten hours of 
music.  Virtually, an MP3 file is a tenth the size of a wav at 128 kbps.  I 
haven't figured out about 1600 kbps!  As has been stated before, it's a 
trade-off.  A larger file size yields better quality, but MP3 sounds good to 
me!
