I tried a couple of games, &, while I didn't have a choice of connection or player, the quality beat mlb.com hands down. And they seem absolutely determined to put out that bad quality. I remember hearing games on A.M. radio stations back in the sixties that came in on phone lines that sounded better than mlb.com's audio this year. I didn't think it could get any worse than it sounded last year, but they fooled me. If I was MLB.com, I wouldn't claim ownership of that quality. I don't expect cd quality or anything like that, but they can do a lot better than they're doing. I'd even consider paying some more money for the better quality. They've proved they can do better.
