I will have to look back on this. If i am not mistaken, using nero 6.0, in nero burning rom SE, when you go to burn compilation, control tab. I can't remember what page it was on, I think one of the last ones. Please correct me if I'm wrong; it should be something like "have silence at end of track" or something like that.
