Yeah some files winamp doesn't like, but if you reencode them they work just 
fine. It must be something in the audio content. I had one once that that 
problem behaved just like a cue tone set to crash winamp. The file would 
start playing and winamp would perform an illegal operation at precisely the 
same position every time. When I used a demo of goldwave I had around at the 
time to reencode it, it started playing fine from then out.
