I sent an e-mail to him asking for the model name/number. But he is not so 
tecch savvy and may not remember it at all. Don't you guys have the 30 day 
return policy stuff in the US at all?

I am also on the lookout for a hard drive based mp3 player. In addition to 
the requirements mentioned here, I would also like that one to be ale to 
record audio with a good quality microphone and if possible should also 
contain an AM/FM radio.

Has anyone looked at the Iriver models?
