Hi Tyler! It's too bad that Real takes this attitude. I use Windows Media and Win-Amp. It beats the heck out of the other players! Yes. For some reason, I had been having trouble using real player. It seems that if you mention that your visually impaired/blind (which I had experemented with), they seem to ignore you. On the other hand, when I complained without saying I was blind, they responded immidiately and, although a little better support was found, they're atitude didn't change much. I stil prefer winamp or windows meedia player, simply because for one thing, real players volume is the same as jaws (or window-eyes) which tells me I need a new sound card, and it seems that if you exit (or minimize it) it gives no info what so ever about where you are.
