Looking at Gold Wave's details I see it converts to a 24 bit file. Previously I posted inquiring about a "recording" software to record at 128 bit. Perhaps there is an MP3 converter that will do that as opposed to a recording software? Below is the requirements for my MP3s, perhaps I'm amiss but I'm assuming they are talking about a 128 bit file. Sound forge only maxes at 32 bit and Gold Wav 24 bit. 128 seems high to me but it is what they require. How could I achieve this? Here's the requirements...
