No, it might not say that other software could transfer files. It probably mentions Musicmatch because that's the software bundled with their player. You returned something perfectly good. And by the way, it makes no difference what you return. You asked a question and I answered it. I happen to know that both Realplayer and WMP support that player. It's too bad you weren't smart enough to figure that out.
