Hi Andre, I purchased these speakers August 2003 & find them to be excellent hi-fi for pc, frequency response of 20Herz to 18kHz. AltecLansing VS4121 speakers from BestBuy.com $130.
Consists of two movable satelyte midrange speakers with tweeters attached & one separate subwoofer that stands 10 inches high on the floor giving more than adequate bass even for pipe organ. These suit me more than any others I've had including Boston Acoustic. These rival my home stereo system which is impecable!
