Hi Don. No luck. I had an mp3 file opened if that means anything. Incidentally, I have a copy of For the People Course, on GoldWave by a guy calling himself Start Button, and in his demonstration, he also says press F5 on an open file to get it to play in reverse, starting from the back of the file.
If I want to get to the end of a file I hold down the shift right arrow key when playing and I can jump in steps to near or very near the end of the file. However, I'm using my very limited vision for this and it's quite difficult. This is why I'm also looking for a command to get there. Best wishes.
