Reese, That is correct. Remote Desktop is not supported by JFW standard version. You have to be running JFW Pro, and you have to purchase the additional license that will allow you to use terminal services. Don't take my word for it though. I would call FS and verify that this is the case. I think part of the cost involved will depend on which version of JFW you are running currently.
