No, this isn't possible because Windows treats the USB microphone as a separate sound card from your regular sound card. You'll need to use a microphone that is not USB, and then you will need a second sound card or external speech for your screen reader. However, the soon to be released StationPlaylist 4.0, and Ots DJ which is already out there, will allow you to do this with only one sound card.
