Hi there, I think you are headed in the right direction, but it sounds as if you might not have ventured all the way down the page. There is a section below the paypal payee info which says: If you do not currently have a PayPal account, click here
This section comes immediately after the paypal payee table ends, and before the paypal log in table begins. If you are using Jaws or Window Eyes, your screen reader will say table end as you arrow down. The very next line will be the text I quoted above. Press enter on the button and the web form will appear for entering credit card info. So, in short, arrow down the page, and don't stop when you hear "Pay to: Out of Sight Ltd., etc. Keep going folks.
