M-Audio (Midiman) makes two versions of the Audiophile 2496, one firewire and the other usb. The 2496 is recomended as having accessible mixer software and good drivers as well as very good sound. I don't have personal experience yet but am getting one soon.
These are 2 in 2 out cards. I don't know what to suggest If you need more.
