I wouldn't have asked if there wasn't a reason I wanted it, would I? <GRIN> Seriously, though, yes there's a reason. I love putting gags together for my radio show and for friends, so the ability to create this effect would come in handy if I needed to do a gag where a modern recording was meant to sound old. Just part of the creative process, or at least my feeble-minded version of the creative process.
