I have Winamp 5.12 on my laptop. I'm having trouble getting to the
library.
Is there a trick I need to know?

Yep, 5.13, until Nullsoft can fix the library, or until someone, with
some JAWS scripting abilitiesand/or Window-eyes set file
manipulation, can make the library, the 5.2 version of the library
this is, more accessible.
