Hi,
SF Noise reduction plug-in is independent directX plug-in so you can use it 
in Goldwave efficiently as well. Don't forget that Goldwave can import all 
DirectX plug-ins  and work with them without any problem.

Well I respect those who use Goldwave, and like it.  Maybe a lot of people
use it because of it's lower price, but a lot use Soundforge, because of its
effects, and maybe for it's Noisereduction feature.  That works for me!
