Are you using your computer or a DVD player? Do you have a display button on your dvd remote? Michael and I have the Next generation series and got around this problem by taking these steps. while the video is stopped press the display button then press #1 on your keypad This will play the first episode. Follow the same sequence for episodes 2 thru 4. Occasionally this doesn't work as the menus are marked as an episode, simply go to the next number. works like a charm.
