Hi. Sorry I haven't exactly got an answer to this but are you 100% certain the channels have been swapped? I've ripped over 600 CD's with WMP 10 and haven't come across this. Can you be sure that you don't have a problem in general with playback on your computer? Perhaps you could burn an audio CD and play on another standard CD player to check.
