I'm looking for the same sort of thing. I know there are monaural kind like the Plantronics CS-50, but that costs almost $300 for one earbud with a mic. The base hooks to the USB port. I might consider getting one if I got a real good Ebay special for $50-$100 or so, but $299 is way too much for a single mono earbud with a mic.
