Hi Trace and list: Fortunately, I found a way to do what was required, but they didn't get my money nearly as soon as they would have if they operated without that visual verification.
Unfortunately, you can't Email their help desk until you're registered, so it becomes the ultimate catch 22. But anyway, all is now well.
