I heard of one called Freeworld dialup that's supposed to be good, only thing is what good is it if I can't get a landline-type call out or have phone numbers to receive some in? I heard Gizmo can probably give me a local number in, but Skype only has 2 little towns I've never been to in my whole area code, at least what they normally show.
