Hi. Uh, you do have to be streaming something in order to be able to listen. Your server *is* up, but you have to be broadcasting something in order for people to listen. It's not enough that the server is up and running. Think of it like a radio station that's on the air but not broadcasting anything. That's what this situation is like.
