Houdy, I'm not really sure about what's legal an/or not but my thought is that if you're not selling it for a profit you can share it. It's kind of like the cassette tapes thing from back in the days. Ever make a really good cassette tape and pass it amongst your friends? That practice had been going on for years before there was ever such a thing as nabster. and I've never, not once, been caught by the "copy Police," have you? I've never downloaded music for profit. I enjoy listening to and collecting it. If I decide I like it enough to go out and buy it then so be it. And if folks put their music out there for you ta sample and groove with then I say, party on!
