I would definitely go for the second generation iPod shuffle, available for 
around about $79, and definitely give Anapod Explorer, 
http://www.redchairsoftware.com
a look. It's only $20, and is way way better than iTunes, because it actually 
works with your screenreader without jumping through all kinds of hoops.  Plus 
you won't have to put out a second mortgage on your house to buy scripts to 
make it work for you <smile>.
