Arnaud, You can overwrite mistakes easily with the Plextalks. However, the mistake isn't physically deleted. The correction is done via the DAISY index file. If you'd like to restructure the audio files, so that all mistakes are removed from them, you have to use the supplied Plextalk Recording Software on a PC.
