thanks for the answers about three-way calling; I now see how to do it. when I make calls by keying in the numbers on the dial tab, I can then hit keys such as star and pound, or any digit, to run the call as I would on a regular phone. Hence, I can check voice mail and control NfB Newsline. But if I place the call using a contact, I can't automatically do this, nor can I figure out how to do it. Moving among the tabs with ctrl-tab and trying the desired key still doesn't generate the desired tone. Can anybody solve this one?
