I thought you really need specialized phones for this to work. I was 
thinking of getting one. I heard of the Plantronics CS-50 USB also, but the 
Gnetcom in some models could let you switch between phone and computer. One 
online guide makes it sound like one really needs sighted help going through 
the menus. I wonder what I should get.
