As far as importing things from version 7, it's imported all my shows with no problems whatsoever, the transition was smooth as you'd like. I think the reason you got some .cap files was because the stream may have been dropped or interrupted in some way. Unfortunately with streaming audio, this is the nature of the beast, and outside of getting yourself the fastest connection possible, there isn't a lot you can do.
