Hi,

Extracting DVD audio is going to be slow.  Don't quote me on this but I 
think the program actually extracts the audio in real time.  Thus if your 
DVD audio track is two hours it will take two hours to extract it.

Last I checked and that was around a year ago top end DVD duel layer were 
running around 16x.  I'm sure others will let you know of the latest and 
greatest.

I suspect yours is around 8x given that it is two years old.

When I try extracting I get a speed of about 2 x this seems slow to me. Do I
need a new dvd burner or what. what is the fastest speeds that some of you
have had from the product. I want a new drive if that is the problem. I
have a lite on duel layer of about two years old.
