Hi, Hank, 1. Use Alt - V to bring up the View menu. 3. Arrow down to subscriptions and press the Enter key. 3. Arrow down to the podcast you want to get skipped programs from. 4. Tab to the list of available podcasts. At this point you can arrow up and down and hear announced the state as download, skip or removed, etc. Press the spacebar to changed to the desired state. That should do it. Jeff
