OK, all who are interested. Below is the link to the zipped file containing the essential files for making use of the mad plugin. That is, the in_mad.dll file, along with a file called in_mad.txt which contains basic instructions for setting it up.
As you know I gave specific instructions as they pertain to my personal system, so any adjustments outside these instructions as given in the text file are entirely up to you.
